Infrastructure is at the core of re-stimulating the South African economy, with South African government committing R791.2bn over the medium term towards infrastructure investment.

Following the recent budget speech by South African Finance Minister, Toti Mboweni, the transport sector alone has 15 gazetted projects worth R47bn and the South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL) is developing 13 roads worth R19bn, which will create nearly 10 000 jobs during construction.
